The intelligent use of energy and packaging materials is essential to make the best use of our planet’s resources. Our food production relies on monthly monitoring of our electricity, water and waste consumption, with quantified reduction targets, complemented by a full carbon footprint assessment (scopes 1, 2 and 3) carried out with a certified organisation.

Since 2023, we have offset 70% of our electricity consumption thanks to 596 photovoltaic panels, and we have reduced our use of plastic and cardboard through our packaging (switching to PET bottles, FSC-sourced cardboard, and eliminating plastic shrink sleeves).

We systematically incorporate energy efficiency criteria when selecting our new sauce production lines.
