Food balance is a major public health issue, and Delka has placed nutrition at the heart of its concerns for many years.

Our approach is based on a Nutritional Charter, developed with the help of a team of nutritionists. It guides both the development of our new products and the continuous improvement of our existing ranges, with one firm belief: nutritional optimisation should never come at the expense of taste.

In practice, we systematically aim to avoid additives (E-numbers) from the recipe design stage onward. When existing products contain them, we reformulate them to reduce or eliminate them. We also maintain a strict Zero GMO policy throughout our entire factory.

Our commitments translate into a range of products that clearly display their nutritional strengths:

• 100% rapeseed oil (rich in omega 3)
• No artificial colouring
• No preservatives
• Lactose-free
• Gluten-free

Because a well-informed consumer makes better choices, all of these commitments are made visible directly on our packaging through clear, easily identifiable logos.
