Specialising in mayonnaise and sauces, the Li\u00e8ge-based company has successfully adapted to changing consumer habits \u2014 from street food and BBQ to burgers and ethnic snacking \u2014 by focusing on premium ingredients and the expertise of a true \u201cmaster sauce maker\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">CEO Bernard Schwanen emphasises that product excellence lies in simplicity: sophisticated ingredients combined to create a unique taste, offered through tailor-made solutions for each retail and distribution customer, both in Belgium and abroad.
